Refunds
At Ten Antennas, most items are custom-made per order, meaning we don’t keep extensive stock. Because of this, refunds are typically not offered due to their high cost and impracticality. However, we encourage you to reach out to us at contact@tenantennas.com with refund inquiries. Please note, we generally offer size exchanges at no additional cost in most cases.
Eligibility for Exchanges
To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must be:
• In the same condition as received, unworn or unused,
• Complete with tags,
• In its original packaging,
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges
If the item you received is the wrong size, please contact us directly at contact@tenantennas.com.
- All exchange requests are reviewed individually
- An additional fee of €20 will be charged for size adjustments or exchanging the item to different product
- Free shipping is not offered for exchanged products or those with size modifications; therefore, the cost of reshipping is borne by the customer.
You have 14 days from the date of receiving the item to request an exchange.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at contact@tenantennas.com if:
• The item is defective,
• The item is damaged, or
• You received the wrong item.
We’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
• Sale items, or
• Gift cards.
Return and Exchange Instructions
Directions for the returns and size exchanges will be provided via e-mail conversation.
If your return or exchange request is approved, you will need to arrange for shipping. Acceptable carriers include Correos (or your local postal service), InPost, UPS, DHL, or GLS.
Important: Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
