Processing Time

Almost all orders are made-to-order and typically processed within 7-10 business days. If the item is in stock, we can ship it faster. Some orders may take up to 15 business days to process during holidays or busy periods like Christmas or Black Friday. If your order is not shipped within this timeframe, please contact us at contact@tenantennas.com.


Shipping Carriers

Ten Antennas provides shipping services, not delivery. Ten Antennas is not responsible for the quality of the shipping carriers. Once an order is marked as fulfilled and the tracking code is sent to the customer, Ten Antennas is no longer responsible for the delivery and does not control the shipping process.

Customers cannot select the shipping provider. We may use the following carriers:

Correos (Standard Spanish Postal Services)

UPS

InPost (delivered to the nearest available pick-up point).


Delivery Time

Delivery times vary by destination, with most orders arriving within 7-14 business days after dispatch. However, delivery times are entirely outside of our control.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.

Taxes

Ten Antennas is not responsible for paying taxes on orders shipped outside the EU zone. Customs clearance and tax obligations are entirely the responsibility of the customer. Customs duties and any other taxes, apart from VAT, are not included in the price.

 

Lost Items

Although we are not responsible for the performance of shipping providers, if your shipment is lost, please contact us at contact@tenantennas.com, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
